Booking & Scheduling

Membership plans and one-time services can be booked online in minutes — no phone call required. After you check out, we'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm your first visit date and finalize exact pricing for your property.

Recurring members are placed on a priority scheduling window based on their plan (monthly or quarterly), so you don't need to re-book each visit.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Need to skip or move a visit? Just email us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we'll reschedule at no charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged for the visit, since that slot is held exclusively for you and can't always be backfilled on short notice.

Membership Billing & Cancellation

Bronze, Silver, and Gold memberships are billed automatically online (quarterly or monthly, depending on plan) to the card used at signup, and lock in your founding-member rate for as long as you remain a member.

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@lawindowsolar.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund visits already completed.

One-Time Services

One-time services (single window cleanings, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing) are invoiced and paid through Jobber once the visit is scheduled and confirmed.

We accept major credit cards; payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with a visit, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost.

Licensing & Insurance

LA Window and Solar Cleaning, LLC is licensed and insured to operate in Los Angeles, CA. We use pure-water-fed pole technology — no soaps or harsh chemicals — which is safe for solar panel manufacturer warranties.

Service Area

We currently serve West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Glendale, Montebello, Alhambra, Monterey Park. Outside these areas? Email us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate a custom route.
