Information We Collect

When you request a quote, book a service, or contact LA Window and Solar Cleaning, LLC, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the service you're requesting. If you complete a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) also collects payment card information on our behalf — we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to schedule and provide services, process payments, send appointment confirmations and reminders, respond to inquiries, and maintain your customer and membership records. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from LA Window and Solar Cleaning, LLC related to quotes, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support — including messages sent or received through our AI receptionist and answering service. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at info@lawindowsolar.com or (323) 559-3850. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information Sharing

We share information only with the service providers we use to run our business — such as payment processing (Stripe), job scheduling and customer management (Jobber), and AI answering/receptionist services — solely for the purpose of providing services to you. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Data Retention & Security

We retain customer information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
